"Nashville Mini Maker Faire September 12th" Submit your projects.
Hey group, the Nashville Maker Faire is scheduled for Sept 12th and we're submitting our application. The current plan is to have four tables, which should give us a 10ft x 40ft foot print. One 10ft section will be an area where visitors can come in and see some of the bigger projects on display. This area can also be host to any type of competition. The remaining 30ft will be available for members to display their projects. As you know, we are also a Maker Group, so Morgan has an idea to have a small area setup for casting some sort of part. Maybe the MTRAS gear logo?. This will take up about half a table.
What we need from you:
We need members to sign up so we can accommodate your needs, as well as provide the Maker Faire folks an accurate description of our booth. In addition, we will need 10ft canopies in case the Science Center runs low. Don't have a project to share? No sweat. We could always use help setting up and talking to attendees about where we meet and what we do at our meetings. Maybe you can give advice on how to get started? Any help is greatly appreciated.
